Join our Speed & Agility Clinic this May at the Mansfield YMCA and learn the secrets to explosive speed and lightning-fast agility!
Led by Tim Rumas, a 9x All-American and 3x National Champion track athlete, this clinic will cover proper warm-ups, cutting-edge drills, and workouts to boost your speed and acceleration.
Clinic Date: May 3, 10, 17 & 31
Location: Mansfield Branch
Time/Ages: 3:30–4:30 PM (Ages 10–15) or 4:30–5:30 PM (Ages 16+)
Cost: Members $20 | Non-Members $50 (covers ALL 4 days!)
